Onboarding

• Display your SMS/Email ticket before boarding.
• No food or items with strong odors allowed on the bus.
• No smoking, alcohol consumption, or drug use on board.
• Do not bring flammable items onto the bus.
• Please keep the bus clean and do not litter.
• Maintain a quiet environment for everyone’s comfort.
• Remove shoes or sandals before boarding to maintain cleanliness.

Hand Baggage

• The total weight of hand baggage must not exceed 30 kg.

Children & Pregnant Passengers

• Children under 5 years old or under 100 cm in height can share a seat/bed with their parents.
• Children over 5 years old or taller than 100 cm are required to purchase a full-price ticket.
• Pregnant passengers must ensure they are in good health to travel.
• The operator reserves the right to cancel tickets if regulations regarding children and pregnant women are not followed.

Cancellation Policy

The following refund options are available:

• 100% refund (including fees) for cancellations made more than 84 hours before departure.
• 75% refund (excluding fees) for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure.
• 50% refund (excluding fees) for cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours before departure.
